All patrons must behave respectfully towards staff and other guests while in the card lounge and poker room. Disruptive, abusive, or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. Patrons must follow staff instructions regarding seating, table assignments, and game procedures.

All poker activities at Jugo y Fortuna are conducted offline, in person, and face-to-face. No online or remote participation is offered. The venue provides physical poker tables, cards, and chips for use during sessions.

No digital or online poker platforms are associated with the venue. The card lounge is designed for social, recreational play only.

Reservations and Dining Policies

Reservation Process

Reservations for the restaurant and card lounge can be made via the website or by contacting the venue directly. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by staff. For card lounge sessions, please specify the number of players and preferred time.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify a reservation. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
